Fireworks party

We invited friends over for the annual Shadow Ridge fireworks show. There were 15 kids in all. The kids ate enough pizza and snacks to last them the entire weekend. Kobe and Celia slept in the next morning...later than they ever had before. The had 'the best time ever'.

The neighborhood park

We meet our neighborhood friends at the park for fun and games. Kobe is really getting good at hitting the ball...he rarely misses. Celia loves to climb and dig.

He's a video game wizard

Kobe kept asking if we could play the Wii. I told him he needs to stop asking me...that it was bad manners to repeatedly ask the same question. So he disappears for a few minutes and returns with a sign 'Can wii play the Wii?'.

We laughed.

We played.

Aruba

Best vacation ever! We went windsurfing, snuba diving and snorkling. We met quite a few locals who we played poker with every night. Dunkin Donuts coffee every morning followed by the beach and fun...what more can you expect from a vacation?
